The Job: What We Need

We are looking for someone to manage all of Facet’s top-of-funnel processes and efforts. We work with other financial advisors, platforms, and industry partners to transition their small accounts to Facet. We run a B2B sales process to identify potential RIAs, broker/dealers, and other wealth management firms to work with. You will be responsible for outreach and qualification of all potential prospects and partners, and will work closely with the rest of the revenue team to help with structuring and closing deals.


About You

  • You have 2+ years experience in sales
  • You are comfortable owning a number: you will be measured on the number of qualified opportunities that you generate for the revenue team
  • You have experience in financial services and are fluent in industry jargon
  • You are process-oriented and diligent (coordinating and running lots of outreach processes)
  • You are outgoing (a big part of this job will be outward-facing)
  • You are hungry and a self-starter. We don’t want to manage you--we want you to manage us. And the sky is the limit with this job: if you do it well you will advance quickly in the organization
  • You are innovative and always looking for a better way to accomplish something
  • You understand the tools: expert at using Salesforce, email tools, and lead-gen databases

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all top-of-funnel outreach efforts. You feed our revenue team with qualified opportunities
  • Optimize marketing and outreach campaigns to generate maximum response and interest in partnering with Facet
  • Work closely with channel partners and manage partner relationships to generate leads
  • Work closely with our revenue and marketing teams to create and disseminate content to maximize awareness of Facet in the financial services industry
