The Job
About You

  • You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business and a Bachelor’s Degree as a foundation. A focus on Engineering or Design is a major plus.
  • You’re looking to get in on the ground floor of an exciting startup with a proven leadership team.
  • You have a strong vision for product strategy. You inspire and motivate your team to work together to execute that vision consistently, rapidly and effectively.
  • You have a proven record of translating business requirements to technical requirements and vice versa.
  • You can speak the business and technical languages effectively.
  • You are the go-to person for all things product leadership, including product planning, roadmapping, customer discovery, product discovery, user research and the product development process.
  • You are positive that failing fast and learning from mistakes are critical to drive continuous improvement. We are counting on hearing about your failure stories.
  • You’ve demonstrated ability to manage product development across teams to deliver a constantly improving customer experience.
  • You have led management of small projects all the way to major products.

Your responsibilities

  • We need a Product Management Jedi to be our go-to person for product.
  • We need someone to serve as mission control, especially between business and engineering teams.
  • We need you to collaborate with the CEO, CTO, VP of Engineering and the COO / Head of Planning to make the vision of the product a documented, planned roadmap, and ultimately a reality.
  • Lead us with your awesome documentation skills, bring new or existing tools for the job to fit the product needs, and show us ninja organizational skills.
