What You Will Do
As the executive assistant you will be responsible for making the company hum. You will work closely with the founding team to ensure that the inner workings of the organization run smoothly and efficiently. If you are hyper-organized and comfortable working in a constantly evolving work environment, then this is the job for you. No two days are alike and you will be the point person for helping the rest of us stay on course.
We will also rely on you to help us with compliance tasks. Financial services is a heavily regulated industry and we take compliance very seriously. In this capacity, you will help us manage compliance processes and be the point person for this essential component of the company. Background in compliance is helpful but not a must--it is pretty straightforward and we will teach you.
What You Won’t Do
We will never ask you to write code or build a financial plan (but we’re happy to teach you if you want to learn!)

Specific Job Requirements:
Manage calendars and scheduling for the five co-founders (mostly business but some personal)
Book and coordinate travel for the team
Manage the office (with an emphasis on making it a fun work environment)
Coordinate and set up events on an as-needed basis
Jump in where needed on specific business functions: HR, recruiting, and accounting are some examples
Self-starter and hyper organized--we want you to manage us, not the other way around
Proficient with Microsoft, Google, and other standard business software
Proficiency in booking travel and coordinating complex schedules
Comfort with managing multiple projects at once
Basic knowledge of accounting and HR management is a plus
